We batted first and put 166 on the board from 18.5 overs. Laura Harris's 54 off 26 balls was a half-century to remember. Ellie Johnston chipped in with 33. Olivia Porter bowled well for Ipswich KFC T20 Max, a six-wicket haul of six for 34. Piper Veivers finished with three for 40 for our opponents.
In reply, the hosts finished on 6/150 from 20 overs. For our opponents, Porter made 35 off 19 balls. Zoe Cooke picked up two for 21 off four overs.
Big runs from our top order made the difference. That makes up for our loss to the hosts earlier in the season.
