In Womens Competitions action, our Wynnum-Manly KFC T20 Max took the honours against Valley KFC T20 Max at Allan Border Field on Sunday.
We set Valley KFC T20 Max a target of 169, finishing on 7/168 from 20 overs. A classy 92 off 55 balls from Elyse Villani was the highlight. Our opponents' best with the ball was Bonnie Berry (three for 31).
We bowled the hosts out for 115 in 20 overs. Our opponents' best with the bat was Emma Manix-Geeves, who made 46. Hayley Silver-holmes was the pick of our bowlers with two for 12.
The win was extra sweet after the hosts got the better of us earlier in the season. Congratulations to all involved.
