It was a day to regroup for our Wynnum Manly Prestwidge, who couldn't get past Northern Suburbs in a tough outing.
The side batted first and reached 7/126 from 33 overs. William Perry's 45 off 80 balls was the highlight with the bat. There were also handy runs from Krish Malyan (35).
Northern Suburbs reached the target at 4/127 in 24.5 overs. Aryan Unni made 41 for our opponents. Charles Spurgin helped the hosts with 40.
We'll take the lessons from this one and go again. It's been a tough run, and we'll be working hard to turn it around.
Credit to our opponents, and well played.
