There was no joy for our Wynnum Manly Sat C2N, who were unable to get the better of Everton Sat C2N away from home.
We batted first and finished with 10/65 on the board from 27.4 overs. Oliver Death Woodbourne was unbeaten on 15 off 34 balls. A five-wicket haul to Thomas Fegan for Everton Sat C2N (five for 13).
The hosts knocked off the runs, finishing on 3/66 in 10 overs. For our opponents, Lennox Leeder made 38 off 24 balls.
It's two defeats on the trot, and the team will be eager to bounce back.
Back to the nets, and on to the next one.
