Sunday belonged to our Wynnum-Manly Womens 2nd Grade, who took care of Northern Suburbs Womens 2nd Grade to collect a well-earned victory.
We posted 5/105, and Northern Suburbs Womens 2nd Grade 9/98. Bridie Swain led the way with 41 off 52 balls with two fours. There were also handy runs from Jayani Maharaj (31).
Jessica Johnston returned figures of three for 10 off four overs.
It was a terrific all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up. That's six wins on the trot for the side. Well done, team.
