Gold Coast Womens 1st Grade set the target, making 121 from 47.2 overs. Credit to Jaimie-Lee Strang, who made 31 for the visitors. Kate Coppack grabbed three for 26. Clodagh Ryall offered good support with two for 14.
In reply, the girls were all out for 114 in 32.4 overs. Grace Collins top-scored, making 24 off 37 balls.
Not our day, but there's plenty to work with.
