Despite some good moments, our Wynnum Manly Over 40s were denied by Ipswich Over 40's.
Batting first, we posted 98 from 26 overs. Ryan Poole played a classy hand of 30 off 33 balls.
Ipswich Over 40's reached the target at 5/100 in 19.1 overs. Varinder Kumar was the main threat for the hosts, making 36. Our best with the ball was Mark Musk, who took three for 32.
Plenty to take out of this one. That's three losses in a row, but the side will keep working hard. On to the next one.
