At Norman Gray Oval, our Wynnum-Manly Mens 4th Grade were bettered by South Brisbane Mens 4th Grade on Saturday in Mens Competitions.
Over the course of the match we totalled 10/115 and 10/165, and South Brisbane Mens 4th Grade 10/223 and 10/119. A classy 78 off 109 balls from Joshua Ritchie was the highlight. Lance Roudenko made 37 off 185 balls. Harrison Holmes was the main threat for the hosts, taking three for 19.
Lachlan Bragger led the way with the ball, finishing with four for 36. Lochlain Duller offered good support with three for 19. Credit to Corey Taylor, who made a half-century (75) for our opponents.
There are plenty of positives to take out of this one.
Thanks to the hosts for the contest.
