It was a good day out for our Wynnum-Manly Mens 3rd Grade, who got past Valley Mens 3rd Grade at Ian Droney Oval.
Wynnum-Manly Mens 3rd Grade 7/244, Valley Mens 3rd Grade 10/167 was the final tally. Joshua Ritchie posted a half-century, making 60 off 76 balls with six fours and two sixes. Preston Wells's 55 off 37 balls was a half-century to remember. Jon Shaw added a useful 39 off 23 balls.
Fifty for Nathan Webb, who made 56 for our opponents. Kian Chapman returned figures of three for 12 off eight overs. Shaw chipped in with three for 23.
It was a superb all-round effort, with contributions from right through the line-up.
A day to enjoy for everyone at Wynnum Manly.
