It just wasn't our day: our Wynnum-Manly KFC T20 Max came off second best against Valley KFC T20 Max on a day that didn't go our way.
Valley KFC T20 Max finished on 6/194, and we finished on 7/193. Jack Wildermuth posted 54 for our opponents, a quality fifty. With the ball, Max Birthisel did the damage, claiming two for 18 off four overs.
Grayson Jones's 66 off 35 balls was a half-century to remember. Henry Taylor added a useful 40 off 36 balls. Tighe Morris claimed three for 27 for the visitors.
Plenty to take out of this one.
Well played to our opponents.
