On Tuesday, our Wynnum-Manly KFC T20 Max took care of Sandgate-Redcliffe KFC T20 Max for a brilliant result.
First up, we made 5/147 from 20 overs. Hayley Silver-holmes played a classy hand of 42 off 29 balls. Grace Collins added a useful 37 off 35 balls. Zoe Cooke chipped in with 31.
Sandgate-Redcliffe KFC T20 Max were all out for 112 in 19.3 overs in reply. Clodagh Ryall picked up four for 17 off 3.3 overs.
Bowling our opponents out proved decisive. Revenge, of sorts: the hosts had won our previous meeting this season.
Well done, team.
